Eastside Insurance supporting Faith in Families

On May 18th, a group of colleagues and friends from Lloyd & Whyte Community Broking Ltd will be taking on the Welsh 3 Peak Challenge in aide of raising funds for Faith in Families.  For those of you who are not familiar with the 3 Peak Challenge, this will include a total walking distance of 17 miles (27.4km) and an ascent of 2334 meters (7657ft) over the 3 peaks of Wales: Snowdon, Cadair Idris and Pen-Y-Fan – all within 12 hours.  In the lead up to their challenge, the group will be raising funds for a local charity, Faith in Families. Faith in Families is a local children's charity who ‘believes it takes a community to raise a child’. They specialise in helping people through tough situations, tackling complex issues with care, compassion, and kindness – poverty – disability – illness – violence – addiction – abuse.

Lloyd & Whyte are proudly part of the Benefact Group, a charity owned family of financial service companies that give all available profits to local charities and good causes. Benefact are currently the 3rd largest corporate donor in the UK and have donated over £200m to charities and good causes.
