Ed started couch to 5k in January of 2022 but he didn't stop at just 5k by March was regularly running 10K and it was then that the idea of training for a half marathon first occurred to him. On March the 5th 2023 Ed will be running the Cambridge Half Marathon in aid of Cornerstone Care in Confidence - a local charity supporting women facing an unplanned pregnancy. Cornerstone offers time, space and non-directive information to women free of charge and ongoing support whatever they decide.
