Hello! I’m Emma and I am delighted to be running the Bath Half 2019 for Off the Record. I’m a student in my third year of studying Psychology and am passionate about mental health and making a difference, especially in young people. I have never run a half marathon before, so this should be interesting…! I don’t have a specific time goal; at the moment my aim is just to complete the race in one piece! Any support you can give me, and the rest of the team would be greatly, greatly appreciated. Off the Record is such a good cause. They helped me a few years ago when I was feeling low and I would not be where I am today if it wasn’t for the support I received there. Just £30 could pay for a counselling session for a young person in need. Thank you!
