For 15 years, the Gentle/Radical Film Club has brought the best of independent films and documentaries to diverse communities across the city - please help us fundraise to sustain this vital work! With your support we can continue to run regular pop-up film screenings in community spaces that feel comfortable, culturally sensitive and familiar to our audiences. We're encouraging anyone connected to the Film Club to do their own fundraiser towards this appeal!

Your support will help us continue providing our longstanding women-only screening spaces; our mixed-gender cinema experiences for elders; our youth-focused film activities; and finally, our inter-generational events for families and the entire community. Funds will help us cover refreshments and food at events, incredible invited guest speakers, and subside tickets for low-income audiences. Support will also help us develop our first mini-outdoor-film festival in the heart of Riverside!

Since 2004 the Film Club has helped strengthen support networks across communities; provided safe spaces for isolated women; and championed film that enables widens representation on screen. The Film Club is the only project to have sustained provision to diverse communities for over 15 years in Wales, placing multi-cultural audiences at the very heart of its mission.
