This charity provides free counselling and support groups for young people aged 13-25 in Bedford Borough and North Central Bedfordshire. We are based in Bedford town centre and have been providing expert, face to face counselling services for 30 years.

Fiona's Winter Walking Challenge

I will be completing 30 mental health walks over 30 days to raise funds for Bedfordshire Open Door, a counselling charity for young people, and to mark the charity's 30th anniversary. My aim is to complete 10,000 steps per walk so I will have walked 300,000 steps by the end of my challenge!
