Amanda, Lorrie, Rachel H, Rachel P and Tracy are supporters of the Epona Trust, a non-profit organisation that rescues and rehabilitates horses and ponies. We are running to support our current rescues and to allow us to help more horses and ponies in need.

Amanda – Sponsor of rescue horse Indy and Epona Trust Committee Member. Loves to spend her spare time caring for the rescue ponies. Goal – as there is a large ongoing cost involved in rehabilitating each pony, she is ready to take on this challenge to raise as much money as possible.

Lorrie – age 68. Runner for 40+ years. Just back up to 5k after breaking her foot. Secretary to the Epona Trust Committee. Sponsor of rescue pony Fliss. Goal – to raise lots of money for the rescue horses and ponies, have some fun and not damage herself in the process!

Rachel H - is an Epona Trust Committee member and regular volunteer. While she has run two marathons in the past, her lack of coordination will make inflatable obstacles a unique challenge - but the bruises will be worth it to help support the horses she loves.

Rachel P - came back to horses after 35 years away after a fall. She got to the point she was terrified of them. With careful introductions from the Epona trust she now sponsors rescue pony Blondie and loves spending time with all of the horses and ponies.

Tracy - I am 58 and an Epona Trust Committee member. I am the happiest around the horses I know and love. I am a keen jogger, coming back from a hip injury. I want to raise as much money for the horses and ponies as possible.
