I’ve decided to run the Great North Run solo and raise money for Gig Buddies Bedford because basically they are awesome. And at this time of social distancing people with learning disabilities and/or autism are amongst those more likely to feel a negative impact.
oh and this gnr solo is cumulative so I don’t have to run it all in one go 🤣
