Alfie and Eva are joining the Flamingo Chicks for their Virtual Danceathon on the 2nd May from 10am - 1pm.
Flamingo Chicks is an amazing organisation that helps children with a disability to be able to learn to dance. They also enables siblings to dance together.
Alfie has a genetic condition that has made life difficult over the years. He has always loved music and dance. However would have found a typical dance class too overwhelming.
Alfie joined Flamingo Chicks when he was about 5 years old, giving him a safe place where he can express himself and learn how to dance with the support of amazing dance teachers and volunteers.
They are an inclusive dance school enabling siblings to have a chance to dance together. So, when his sister, Eva, was old enough she joined in. It was the first place that as siblings they could learn something new, help each other, build confidence and have fun together.
Alfie and Eva would really appreciate it if you would sponsor them for this Virtual Danceathon on the 2nd May, so that they can raise money for Flamingo Chicks and be able to give something back to show how much they have appreciated their classes over the years.
