Hello, I'm Frankie and Malaika and I are running the Robin Hood Half Marathon and raising funds for the Nottingham Women's Centre . I chose this charity to honour my Granny Sue, who passed away unexpectedly last November. She was a force of nature- passionate about Social Justice, an advocate for animal rights- spending many of her weekends in London protesting in Parliament Square. For over 30 years she worked tirelessly, too much at times, and poured her heart into running Richmand House Residential Home. Nurturing countless lives with her caring and compassionate spirit. The Nottingham Women's Centre is dedicated to empowering women and getting them the support they need to excel in life. Supporting this charity feels like a fitting tribute to my Granny, who gave so much to our Nottingham community as a sharp businesswoman.
