For some mad reason, I decided to run a half marathon in November. I'm just over half-way through my training and have decided to try to support a little-known charity based in Newham called Ingeenium. Ingeenium specialise in community arts events predominantly in East London. They do amazing work with children and adults alike in one of London's poorest boroughs. Unfortunately, funding has been hard to come by and this brilliant charity might be at risk of closing down, which would see the end of some brilliant projects and outlets for people. Please support this charity, and support me as I try to run along the Thames on a cold (and hopefully not wet) Winter's morning in November.
