I have decided to run Cardiff Half Marathon in aid of Age Connects Morgannwg.
It is inspiring to see the work they do for older people in RCT, Merthyr Tydfil & Bridgend. Some of these people have very little support outside of Age Connects Morgannwg, and I would love to the help the charity in any small way I can.

As the Cardiff Half Marathon had been moved a few times due to Covid-19 I was not actively fundraising but am back on the case now and the training really starts now.
