I'm climbing for Men's Minds Matter and the 5110 men and boys who kill themselves every year.

These are not just numbers. They represent fathers, sons, brothers, partners, and friends—men who felt alone, unheard, and without options. I believe that has to change. And with your help, it can.

Any support given helps MMM to raise vital funds for suicide prevention work. Every pound donated helps MMM reach more men before crisis hits—through outreach, peer support, driving government reform and working to change our society.

The organisation’s long-term goal is to create a team of clinical psychologists, mental healthcare professionals and triage experts who can provide help that no other organisation is able to give. It will be able to direct targeted high-level support to suicidal men who otherwise would fall through the cracks to a self-inflicted death. The service is expected to cost £1 million per year. Currently, the organisation receives no government funding and relies on the people of the UK to fundraise in order to support its work to keep men and boys alive.
