‘Glenwood goes to Bless!’ A team of young people travelling from Wales to France, crossing borders and breaking down barriers. 

Working alongside the Bless Network in Normandie, we will meet people from different cultures and backgrounds: learning what makes us each unique and what we have in common. We will work with refugees and those living on the margins of society. We will practice hospitality and creativity as we each bring the different skills we have to serve. We will consider together what this shared experience has meant to the group and the impact it could make through us in our own community back in Wales.

Young people from Llanedeyrn and Pentwyn will participate in shaping the whole project: from planning to delivery. As a charity one of our values is ‘pilgrimage' which represents both physical and inner movement, and personal development. Through this opportunity the young people will learn new skills, and grow in character, wellbeing and resilience.
