I'm running a half marathon to raise money for Living It Up, a small but incredibly impactful charity based in Bedford. They run a busy performing arts school and befriending service for adults with learning disabilities and autism - helping people build confidence, learn valuable skills, and feel part of a community. I began volunteering with them in September 2023 and was quickly in awe of how much they achieve with so little. Supporting them means supporting great people, achieve great things. From theatre productions and choirs, to bands, a podcast, a radio show, and even a regular arts and craft stall at the Bedford Flea Market, there's always something inspiring happening.
