I am running in the great Manchester 10k run. At first i was doing this for my own health reasons. However i am aware that the great work being undertaken in Salford by staff at the foodbank is under threat from lack of funds.
It is for this reason that i would like to offer my family and friends the opportunity to help me to help the people of Salford to get through a difficult period in their lives
