Hi, my name is Mush.

I’ve always been a runner. Most days, you’ll find me out running – it clears my mind, strengthens my body, and gives me peace. But recently, I found myself asking:

“What if my running could do more than just help me? What if it could help others?”

That’s when I made the decision to turn my steps into something with purpose.

From now on, I’m going to be running every weekend to raise awareness and support for a cause that’s incredibly close to my heart – the work of The Homeless Pastors here in Halifax.

This amazing charity supports people who are homeless, struggling with addiction, or facing mental health battles. They meet people where they are, love them without judgment, and walk with them toward healing and hope.

Starting now, I’ll be wearing The Homeless Pastors’ t-shirt with a QR code on the back – so anyone who sees me running can scan and donate.

Because this isn’t just about fitness anymore – it’s about purpose, compassion, and change.

I want every mile I run to say:
