On 13th July I will be boxing for tonic music for mental health, for people like myself and people like my cousin and childhood friend who sadly 12 ½ years ago took his own life along with a few other people who I have been close to, also people like my 10 year old daughter who has struggled with anxiety and anger issues due to her daddy being terminally ill... it's been the hardest thing training and over coming the anxiety of training in a group for me and it's only been 2 weeks but I'm doing this for my cousin and my little girl xxx
