Hi folks. I was planning on doing this before the half marathon but a combination of daft injuries and my own self doubt as to whether I would run or not stopped me so didn't want to take money from folk and not complete it

Now I have completed the Great Scottish Run I would appreciate donations after the event to Golden Friendships. Jim and the guys there do a great job and use every penny raised to help our local community. Even a quid would be great.
