Lockdown has been challenging for everyone, in many different ways. Harriet and I decided we needed something to focus on that didn't involve a laptop screen, animals or small children - so we decided to run. And it went quite well, so we thought why not do a half marathon! We've chosen to do this for the Access Charity of the Year - The National Deaf Children's Society.
The Robin Hood Half Marathon was cancelled, so instead we've teamed up with Harriet's mate to support her with her London Marathon this weekend - no, we're not doing the full Marathon, but we'll be joining Jane for the second half of her race and so completing our 13.1 miles! A little bit late in the day, but we're still aiming to raise a bit of cash for the National Deaf Children's Society - so if you can give us a small donation, we'll run a bit faster and post our before and after pictures as evidence!
