Happy New Year !

56 pages filled and 36 to go ! A daily dose of creativity is needed now for me to complete my sketchbook challenge . I am really enjoying the motivation it provides for therapeutic experimentation and creation of art during these winter months .. and it's all for such a good cause. Thank you for all your support . I am taking on the challenge of completing a whole sketchbook during the next four months to raise funds for the Seaford based Sussex Contemporary Illustrators and Printmakers (SCIP) arts charity . SCIP's mission is to enable everyone to access art to promote wellbeing and a sense of community . They work specifically with children and young people . I share the belief that art is vital for the wellbeing of individuals and the community .I'm hoping that this challenge will motivate me to develop a daily practice of creating art , to express myself at a significant stage in my life , and to experiment with new techniques and skills .
