I am fundraising for Fair Treatment for the Women of Wales (FTWW) by running the Cardiff Half Marathon in October 2022. FTWW is the only patient-led third sector organisation in Wales dedicated solely to women’s health equality. They campaign on a number of issues in Wales; endometriosis, menopause, recurrent miscarriage, and autoimmune diseases being just some.
Womens health issues are all too often forgotten about. Having recently been diagnosed with endometriosis and had two major operations, I’m hoping to raise awareness and funds for them to continue their good work. Any donations will be very much appreciated.
