So here I go again … this will be my 3rd year taking part in the Ring of Fire with a group of amazing people, helping to raise funds for some amazing charities.

Not only is this a tough challenge where you get to truly find out what you are made of but, to be able to raise money for worthwhile charities whilst doing so, is something very special.

Riding the ROF in aid of these charities, allows me to show my support and appreciation for: Willen Hospice and all they have done for my family in our time of need; 4ed, a truly wonderful guy who I had the pleasure of playing on the pitch with; MKRFC who I have been a part of now for 30 years and have been a massive influence on my life.
