Hotel Cromwell Turns 100: A Year of Giving Back to the Local Community

This year, Hotel Cromwell is celebrating a special milestone—our 100th anniversary! To mark this incredible occasion, we want to give back to the community that has supported us throughout the years. That’s why we're excited to announce a series of fundraising initiatives throughout the year in support of the Stevenage Community Trust.

Here’s how you can get involved:

• 12th February 2025 – 3rd September 2025: For every burger sold at Rump & Wade, we will donate 50p. Enjoy a delicious meal and help us make a difference!

• 1st May 2025: Our staff will be taking on the The Big Company Step Challenge for 100 days, where they will collectively walk a virtual round-the-world route of almost 44,000 miles

• 5th July 2025: Join us for an Ibiza Chill Out Day with live sax, a DJ, and bongos, with food and drinks. A percentage of every ticket sold will go towards supporting the Stevenage Community Trust.

• 14th November 2025: We’re hosting a glamorous Gala Ball featuring Ollie Thompson and the London Bells. A portion of the ticket price will be donated to the charity.

• Summer Spritz: Look out for our special 100-year cocktail featured on the Summer Spritz menu. £1 from every cocktail sold will go directly to the charity.
