Ian Saunders, a much loved husband, dad, grandad, father in law, brother, brother in law, uncle, cousin and friend to many suddenly passed away on Saturday 27th May 2023 with his family around him. For his funeral the family do not want flowers as Ian’s wishes were that donations be made to The Riff Raff Society, this charity was very close to his heart after they helped his daughter, Hayley, and her family at a difficult time in their lives. We miss and love him so much.
Any donations made in memory of Ian will be added to the Riff Raff Society’s current campaign to fund Amy Clegg of Urmston’s (Cerebral Palsy) push to make the Team GB Paralympic’s squad for the next games in Italy. Slalom Skier Amy who is also hearing impaired is a very inspirational young lady and the charity are really thrilled to be supporting her in achieving her ambition.
Ian was such a kind hearted man. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family at this very difficult time.
