Hi everyone, thank you so much for visiting my giving page!
I am running the 2024 Great North Run as a personal challenge and to raise funds for SPACE .
SPACE is a Hertfordshire based charity supporting families of children and young people who are neurodivergent (Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, Dyscalculia, Tourette’s and other neurodiverse conditions.)
They have been running since 2007 and became a registered charity in 2017. They are staffed by an incredibly hard-working and enthusiastic team of parents and carers and professionals who are passionate about supporting Hertfordshire families. Everything they do is designed to help families navigate local services, build confidence, share knowledge and enjoy social opportunities and activities where parents/carers, children and young people can ‘be themselves’.
I'd love to raise as much money for them as possible and I'd also be super proud of myself if I could get a sub two hour finish!!
Looking forward to a celebratory beer and brownie at the end.
