Jessica will do 100 x1 minute handstands during the month of May 2020. Each 1 minute handstand is 10 reps = 1000 reps.
Jessica was due to compete at the English Qualifying Competition and Dmt regional finals as well as all her teammates, Starlight is a charity run club and all the coaches are volunteers , please donate so she has a club to return too.
If her club are forced to close, the nearest club to Romsey with the same facilities, level of coaching, entry to regional and national competitions as well as recreational gymnastics is over 40 miles away. That is an 80 mile round trip !!!
