My nine year old son is high functioning autistic and I see the challenges he has every day, from communication to anxiety and a thousand little things that cause him to mask his emotions, which then explode in a thousand different ways.
It's my life goal to help him have as fulfilling life as possible and to use whatever chance I have to be a positive influence.
As he approaches working age, he'll need a supportive and understanding employer. That's why I'm raising money for Care Trade Answers for Autism to continue their work supporting neurodiversity in the workplace ❤️
