Today I am running the London Landmarks Half Marathon! My training, as usual, has not gone according to plan and so knowing I am raising money for an incredible local charity will help get me over the finish line.
SPACE Hertfordshire give valuable support to families of children and young people who are on the Autistic Spectrum (ASD), have Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) or other neurodiverse conditions.
