Al’s Pals is here to support cancer patients and their families through every step of their journey. We provide emotional, practical, and social support in hospital, at home, and online — ensuring that no one has to face cancer alone.

Our Services

Hospital Support – Sitting with patients during appointments or treatment, offering a friendly face and a listening ear on the ward.
Home Support – Visiting patients and families in their own homes to offer the same comfort and care outside of the hospital setting.
Advocacy – Helping patients access additional services and support that may benefit them.
Community Support – Through our online hub and support groups, we connect people affected by cancer to share their experiences, inspire each other, and feel less alone.

Why the Community Needs Us
We serve Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas, offering a lifeline to the growing number of individuals affected by cancer. Just having someone to talk to can bring incredible comfort.
