I am doing it again, for the forth time to see if this time I can be beaten.

I will be fighting to raise money for Tonic Music for Mental Health a well worth charity that needs our help.

Tonic raises awareness and challenges the stigma often associated with mental illness through music and art based events. Tonic organise music workshops, gigs, art groups, and community projects throughout the year for people experiencing mental health problems.
