In September I will be walking a 17 mile route; the 'Worthing Five Peaks Challenge' in support of Olly's Future. This is a Worthing-based suicide prevention charity set up in memory of the son of my friends Chris and Ann, Olly (Oliver) Hare who died by suicide in 2017. The charity was set up by his family and friends to equip people with suicide prevention skills and the tools to start a conversation with someone you may be worried about and is perhaps thinking of suicide to keep them safe.
