Most of you will know I have fundraised a fair bit in the past and taken part in some interesting events, jumping out of a plane as my last one, in memory of my Dad, I've moonwalked a marathon at midnight in a Bra through London several times too, organised a pamper morning with princesses and ran through clouds of coloured paint. This time I simply want to support and raise awareness for this wonderful, local charity I have recently begun to volunteer for. My Sisters House help women who live with, or have a history with domestic abuse, isolation, poverty, mental health, loneliness, low self esteem, and to help women get back on track with work, make friends, and provide a safe space where they can talk, have a cup of tea and take a breath. They are quite simply amazing. I joined them as a volunteer following a tricky time in my life and they don't even realise how much they have helped me, purely from welcoming me in, so warmly and allowing me to be involved. So, just as a small thank you, I am asking my friends to donate what they can to help those when they need it most. The lockdown for some has been even harder, due to their home lives not being a safe environment. My Sisters House have continue to support women however they possibly can. So as it's my Birthday soon, I'm asking you to donate a few £ here instead of a card or a drink, it would mean a lot to me.
Thank you
Jules xx
