I am doing this firewalk to raise funds for our Creating Adventures family of adults with additional needs.
We discovered the group in Warrington when I was going through chemotherapy and radiotherapy and it was a blessing to us as a family.
The support offered to Oliver was amazing at a time when we needed the distraction for him he was welcomed with open arms.
Since being part of the family Oliver has grown in confidence and enjoys his cookery and art lessons and has made some truly fabulous friends.
There are no words that can describe how amazing and how tirelessly Jenny Sue and Denise work to raise funds to ensure that there is inclusion for everyone and they provide a safe environment where our wonderful people with additional needs can showcase their talents
Oliver is not one for singing or dancing or anything musical however in July he decided to dress as Elvis to be part of The We Will Rock You show that the members of Creating Adventures staged at the start of Disability Awareness week.
He was set to work as a greeter at the entrance to the marquee and did a spectacular job no one is ever left out they find something for everyone to be involved with .
Thank you beautiful people for reading this and if you can spare a quid or two i can assure you it is very much appreciated and much needed to keep the Creating Adventures family alive and enjoying the things they all do so well.
Much love
Jules xx 😘
