I'm attempting Cardiff Half Marathon 2023, 7 years since my last half...eek! It's a brilliant event and I'm excited to get going on Sunday. I know it'll be a real challenge this year (could do with another month to train!)so I thought I'd try to raise some money to give me an extra boost when my legs are tired. I'm raising money for Age Connects Torfaen, a fantastic charity that runs activities and services for younger people with dementia. My mum loved going to their Widdershins Centre and taking part in singing and crafting sessions. They also offer services and social events for older people in the community. A real life line for people who may be struggling with loneliness. So this is a little thank you from me to them.
