On Sunday 24th July the children from the York Down Syndrome Support Group are embarking on a kayaking adventure. Under the careful supervision of trained instructors, they will kayak on the 'Mighty Ouse' to raise much needed funds for the group.
We are really hoping to raise funds to further develop our speech and language sessions on offer and would love to set up additional groups supporting secondary aged pupils and young adults. Please help us if you can. All donations help to make such a huge difference and enable people with Down syndrome to reach their potential.
