On Saturday 8th November, I’ll be taking part in a sponsored sleepout at Eureka! in Halifax to raise funds for The Light Group, a charity that brings hope to people facing homelessness, addiction, and trauma.

I’ve seen how many women suffer abuse when they’re left without a safe place to call home. It’s heartbreaking to know so many are carrying pain, fear, and loneliness on top of the struggle to survive.

That’s why I want to do my part. By sleeping out, I’m raising money so The Light Group can continue providing safety, support, and a chance to rebuild lives.
