Edinburgh & Lothian Prostate Cancer Support Group (ELPCSG) is a self help group run by and for men diagnosed with prostate cancer. The group's support services include a buddy service (where newly diagnosed men are put in contact with another member of the group who has already been on a similar treatment pathway) and support meetings - held in Edinburgh and Livingston - providing an opportunity for men (and their partners) to informally talk to other men about their diagnosis and to listen to expert speakers on subjects relating to treatments and living well with prostate cancer. Our meetings are very friendly and provided in a supportive environment.

Annually the group has over 350 attendees at its meetings and provides a buddy service to over 60 men. The funds raised from the Kiltwalk will contribute to the running costs of the group.
