Laura & Phil will embark on a challenging 100km trek through the southern Moroccan Sahara, wild camping in the dunes and accompanied by camels!
This epic trek of 100km through desert mountains and stony plateau's to raise vital funds for our chosen Swansea Children’s Charity, Faith in Families.
Faith in Families want Swansea City to be a great place for everyone to live, grow and play. They want every child to have not only the chance to be their best but the opportunity to do so.
Faith in Families has a Vision where Swansea will be a city where every child can reach their full potential, feel safe and feel valued.
Their Mission is to build brighter futures rooted in our communities across Swansea, they nurture growth, cultivating fairer opportunities for all, especially during childhood. As Childhood happens once in a lifetime and cannot be re-lived.
Laura & Phil will be stepping out of their comfort zone, and pushing their boundaries to live a week in the Sahara in dusky orange dunes, camping under majestic African night skies, by day trekking through the varied desert terrain with the camel travel companions.
We are aiming to raise a minimum of £6,000 for Faith in Families and are kindly asking for you to put your support behind us and help us raise money for this vital, Local Charity.
