Hi, a couple of years ago I lost a lot of weight via diet and exercise. In 2019 I broke my foot and I had to stop most activity for months whilst it healed. In that time I managed to bug most of the weight I lost back in again. This coming year I want to get back on track!
I’m starting my healthy eating on the 6th so thought I’d start exercising at the same time.
For my 30 days I plan to alternate 1 day of HiiT then 1 day of yoga.
Please join me if you want to do the same. Whilst doing this I thought I’d help raise some money for a fantastic local charity called seed of hope! A few others are getting together to do the same.
