I am about to step into the ring again and train the hardest I've ever worked to raise money for an amazing charity Tonic music for mental health. Depression, anxiety, panic attacks are a huge part of my life and I face challenges every day and is a great honor to be able to raise for a charity who help people who wouldn't have anywhere else to turn to truly understand them. The charity is based locally in Portsmouth in Highland road. They are so friendly, just pop in and chat with them. Thank you for any help you can donate. No matter how big or how small, all adds up to change people's lives.
