I turn 50 on New Years Day and I had planned to take part in the Dunbar Dip to celebrate. However the world had other plans so I shall be doing a low key socially distanced mini Dunbar splash with my wonderful children Cameron and Catriona. My charity,Play Therapy Base, is important to me and is a small organisation with a big heart who need lots of support. Any donations will be gratefully received and I can assure you that it will be used for children and families who need support, especially at this time.
