Living It Up is a local group that organises social events and educational opportunities for adults with learning disabilities and autism.
When people reach 18, the activities and opportunities that were provided to them as children vanish. They're adults, suddenly expected to cope. But for those with disabilities, that loss can be devastating. Living It Up provides theatre, performing arts, live radio. They provide workshops and a chance for people to discover their talents.

The Bedford Running Festival takes place in September across a weekend. There are four distances. I'm doing the half-marathon (13miles).
