I am planning to cycle around the edge of the Uk by bike and will be raising money for Young Bristol along the way. Having enjoyed the outdoors all my life, and also had a 20 year career working as an outdoor instructor with Young Bristol. I have seen how much the outdoor can benefit Young people and would like to help give more young people the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors as well. Young Bristol have 2 projects that I feel achieve this. Their outdoor employment program which trains young people who are disadvantaged to become outdoor instructors and the kayak club which is for 8 to 21 year old. I will be starting the bike ride in May and will finish September /October.
