Luca is raising money for his friend Freddie Cowgill and the South Manchester Down’s Syndrome Support Group by completing his first mountain hike up The Old Man of Coniston in the Lake District. We’re all really looking forward to it…especially Mollie the dog.
The South Manchester Down's Syndrome Support Group is a local parent-led charity, which supports children and adults who have Down's syndrome and their families.
