Team Fundraisers
As many of you know Luca is a young Carer and a reular at the fantastic Kool Carers. He has the opportunity to go on a sailing trip to give him some much needed rest away from looking after me and my rubbish body.
Luca is attempting to walk the Essex Coastline (350 miles) in May and June which is a massive challenge for him as he is permanently attached to a PlayStation. It would be a huge opportunity for him and any funds raised go directly to Kool Carers to support other Young Carers access the sailing trip.
