Joining Milton Keynes Rugby Club on their annual ride out supporting Willen Hospice, 4ED Campaingn (MND charity) and amateur rugby in the community. This time not as a support crew member but, at the age of 58 and with an artificial hip I plan to do the 250 miles as a rider. Please donate and remember you will get your money back if I do not survive the experience.

So, day one I failed. 25 miles I’m feeling great, by 32 the heat and dehydration got me. I’ve never felt so rough. Taken me over 24 hours to get over it and unlikely to continue on the final day. xxx
