500 miles, done. This was, and probably will be, the most difficult challenge that I will ever under take and will be one never forgotten. 30+ degree heat meant that a difficult ride became even more so, leading to a support crew of 11 being worked off their feet keeping all riders fed, watered and safe, a big thank you to them and so much respect for all of my fellow riders, great people.

Willen Hospice and MKRUFC are thus far sharing £95,000, hopefully this figure will rise.
Our beautiful friend Deb passed away on 13/08/21 after a brief second battle with breast cancer, I rode in her memory.
Forever Summer(a poem by Gee)
She left whilst pastel colours reigned
before autumn made it's bow,
to rest in peace beyond this world
in the heavens an angel now.
And with her went the summer sun
blue skies turned grey as lead,
a silence came upon the birds
each flower bowed its head,
a gentle breeze it stirred the air
and sorrowfully said
"still every hand on every clock
for she's gone, she's gone, she's dead..."
