The last year has been tricky for so many families and for so many reasons. Play Therapy Base offer sessions for children and help them work through some hard times or help them make sense of the world and process how they feel about it. I have seen their great work professionally as well as privately. Do to Covid usual grants have been harder to get, yet Play Therapy Base continues to offer funded sessions for families which makes such a difference.
I hope to raise enough for some resources kits or be able to contribute towards therapy sessions.
I am not the best at running, so although not a massive distance, it's far enough for me 😂. I will keep you posted.
