RIDE LONDON SURREY 100 MILES
It seemed like a good idea at the time chatting to my brother Michael- 'We can do 100 miles - we have done it before". What we had forgotten is the sheer number of hours that you have to spend on your bike training because - guess what! the last time we did it, the bike went in the garage and we haven't done anything like that distance since. Now we remember the hills, the miles the traffic. However, we can't back out now as we are riding for Love Kingston.
Love Kingston is a Community Foundation Fund that aims to reduce inequality in the borough of Kingston through giving grants to local charities. https://www.lovekingston.org.uk/
So please think about us on August 4th and make it worth the training and the pain.
