Right then, well despite having only ridden my road bike twice in 2023 in a moment of madness I have put my brave pants on and signed up for my longest, hardest and furthest challenge of my physical career, namely the Ring of Fire 2024!!
This event involves cycling from Paris to Milton Keynes via London over 4 days and will be raising much needed finds for 3 great causes: Cardiac Risk in the Young, Willen Hospice and Milton Keynes Rugby Club, .
I don't ask for much very often so please be brave like me and donate some funds to help these great charities.

Currently the training is going well with the furthest distance to date being 62 miles and a further 75 mile ride planned imminently. Still a long way to 100 miles in a single day never for 4 days!!!
